Emotional Risk (ER) score
The ER score is a continuous measure of your current emotional state based on what PsychAssist observes about your recent session activity. The scale runs from negative to positive:
PsychAssist updates the ER score in real time. It factors in session-level signals including your infraction count and emotional control ratings from the Session Journal.
ER Meter
A small ER indicator is visible in the main Fintheon interface at all times. Glance at it the same way you’d glance at a heat meter — it tells you the current temperature before you act, not after. The ER score is advisory. A low score is a prompt to slow down, not a trading halt. You remain in full control of every decision.
Morning Routine Gate
Each trading morning, PsychAssist may present a Morning Routine Gate before you can access the full Consilium workspace. The gate is a short pre-market calibration checklist:- Open Fintheon — read the tape, see the briefing
- Check NarrativeFlow — Consilium analyst memos
- Complete top-down analysis
- Confirm you are mentally calibrated and ready to trade
1
Read the tape
Open Fintheon and review overnight futures moves and the current MDB brief before looking at any individual instrument.
2
Check NarrativeFlow
Scan the catalyst cards in NarrativeFlow. Identify the two or three narratives most likely to affect your instruments today.
3
Top-down analysis
Work from macro to micro: index regime → sector → instrument. Confirm your read on directional bias and key levels.
4
Mental check-in
Honestly assess whether you are focused and even-keeled. If you are carrying stress from outside the market, note it. Entering the session aware of emotional noise is the point of the gate.
Hot Hand Banner
The Hot Hand Banner appears at the top of the Consilium workspace when PsychAssist detects a streak of significant wins that statistically elevates overconfidence risk. When the banner is active it shows:- How many hours remain in the 48-hour watch window
- The win amount that triggered the flag
What triggers the Hot Hand flag?
What triggers the Hot Hand flag?
A single large win triggers a 48-hour overconfidence watch. The banner stays visible until the window expires or you explicitly dismiss it. The flag is based on the statistical pattern that a sequence of wins increases the probability of an outsized risk-on decision, regardless of whether the wins were deserved.
